** I want to start making fitness videos once a week for YouTube to help promote my fitness ebooks, my fitness twitter and this blog. I can do different workouts, recipes for clean eating, or other fitness related videos. This will help me keep on track on my workouts knowing that people will be expecting progress from me. I am really excited to start this but it probably won't start until Mid-September because I've been so busy writing my ebooks.**

If you want to start a fitness routine I recommend writing one out like mine. Having a plan to go by is the first step to getting started. Once it is part of a daily routine it gets much easier to stay motivated and dedicated. You can make a schedule that works for your days and cater to your night-owl or morning-bird personality. I personally like working out in the mornings when it's cool, not too much traffic and it helps to wake me up for the day ahead of me.

If you have any questions about my routine or want help making one just use the contact form in the right sidebar and I'll get back to you ASAP
