Hey guys! I signed up to run the Colfax Half-Marathon in Denver, Colorado on May 18th, 2014. I was looking up training plans and I just didn't like how they were set up so I decided to make my own. This is a long program, 38 weeks. But the plan can be adjusted to any time format. If anyone else is planning on running in the Colfax half-marathon, try out this training schedule, or just use this as a workout routine for a few months! Good luck to all of you!
